About Javier Alcina
While still studying at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama (London), Javier was cast by Academy Award Winner director Tom Hooper (The King’s Speech) for his BBC period drama adaptation of Love in a Cold Climate, with stars like Rosamund Pyke and Alan Bates amongst others. Javier has since worked with some of the best talents in the industry as actor, director and acting coach in England, Spain, Russia, France, China, Morocco or the US.
Javier trains actors worldwide in English & Spanish. Whether you need to self-tape, prepare a casting, build a character for a tv/film/theatre role, reduce your accent in English (British or American), work on a Castilian accent (Neutral Spanish in Spain), improve your acting technique or start as a total beginner, Javier is devoted to bringing out the best in you. His true vocation as Acting Coach is fuelled by a consistent aim to learn, grow and share his research with others making their journey a little easier.
